BOLLD Moves specializes in diverse ability yoga, making breath-centered movement accessible to all bodies. Classes incorporate strategically-designed sequences to enhance the practitioner’s overall well-being. Practices include fundamental yoga poses that strengthen and stimulate both the body and mind, develop mindfulness, and foster connection to self and community.

Public Classes

Located on the top floor of the historic AIM Exchange Building in downtown Omaha, BOLLD Moves offers various types of classes throughout the week. The days, times and types of classes vary, so check out the class schedule for specific details!


Private Sessions

There are so many reasons why people love private sessions! Private sessions are great for people who:

  • Are trying Yoga for the first time

  • Prefer individualized guidance and attention when learning new poses/flows

  • Want to ask clarifying questions or get additional support from a teacher

  • Desire a deeper understanding of Yoga philosophy, relaxation techniques or meditation

  • Want to feel more confident in group class settings

  • Have a busy schedule and require a specific time

  • Interested in learning how to modify poses for your body, especially when working with acute injuries

Group / Corporate Events

Private group yoga sessions are a fun way to bond with friends, family, and co-workers! Private sessions can be booked for a variety of occasions including team-building activities, birthday parties, bridal/bachelor/bachelorette parties or other special events.

Group/Corporate Events

Release of Liability and Terms & Conditions for Yoga Classes

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in yoga classes offered by BOLLD Collaborations ("Instructor"), whether in-person or online, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Release of Liability. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the classes.

2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity that may pose risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, or more serious conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in these activities.

3. Health and Medical Considerations
You affirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician regarding any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in yoga. You agree to listen to your body, modify poses as necessary, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge BOLLD Collaborations, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of participating in yoga classes.

5. Online Class Participation
For virtual classes, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring a safe space free of hazards. You understand that the Instructor cannot monitor your environment or provide in-person adjustments, and you accept full responsibility for your well-being.

6. Personal Responsibility and Conduct
You agree to practice mindfulness, follow instructor guidance, and respect other participants (if applicable). Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

7. Payment and Refund Policy
All class fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a class is canceled by the Instructor, you may be entitled to a rescheduled session or credit.

8. Intellectual Property
All class materials, including videos, written content, and instructions, are the intellectual property of BOLLD Collaborations and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Photography and Media Release
For promotional purposes, classes may be recorded or photographed. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness unless you notify the Instructor in writing prior to the class.

10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
